Kanepon Naksuk
whose long-time passion has been in food and drinks. After high school, he delved right into majoring in gastronomy. His passion for the kitchen and dining led him into the world of bartending. He has worked alongside top chefs at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside and was the head chef at The Cave Nimman Chiang Mai. However, as a chef in the kitchen, he felt restricted and began pouring his time into mixology, where he found more freedom to experiment and create. He now brings his passion and creativity to mixology, having become one of the top bartenders at North Gate Jazz Co-op after four years and now the head bartender of Karma. During that time, he has learned and studied mixology from Zen from Bar Foucault, one of the best cocktail bars in Thailand. He continues to experiment and create drinks that strike the right chords.
